On this page, you can download documents and notes concerning the economics of copyright. Most of them were presented at the SERCI Annual Congress during the year of reference. Documents and notes posted here are intended to form a basis for academic discussion. The documents may be short (preliminary) papers, or other observations and comments. You are welcome to comment on a note directly to the author. Naturally, constructive comments are particularly welcome.
Submission of a document for posting here does not require the submission of copyright in it. All documents posted here may be published elsewhere at the author’s will.
To post a document, please submit a pdf copy as an e-mail attachment. Please restrict the document to at most 10 pages. All documents will be screened for suitability (the general criteria will be that it is of interest to the community of economists working on copyright issues), and then either posted or rejected. Posted documents must be accompanied by an e-mail contact for the author. All minor comments should be sent directly to the author by e-mail. Major comments on any posted document should be submitted as a new posting.
